As a BCBA at BlueSprig, you’ll take the lead in developing high-quality, individualized treatment plans while collaborating closely with both RBTs and families. You’ll analyze data, supervise sessions, and refine programming to create strategies that will make a tangible, meaningful impact on your clients.
